Signs You Need to Detox



Detoxification process is essential to promote full body health. But, how can you tell if you need to detox? Your body will give the signals; you just have to understand it when it’s trying to pass you the message.
Here are signs to lookout for that will tell you it’s time for body detox:

Sleepless nights: Toxin overload is a common cause of sleepless nights. If
you find yourself waking up in the middle of the night and it always happen about the same time every night, then it is time to look into a liver cleanse.

Lethargy: If you commonly have lethargy it is a sign that toxin build up in your body in the form of undigested and incompletely digested foods.

Bad breath: If you have bad breath and no amount of brushing or mouth wash seem to make it go away, then this is an obvious sign you need to detox.

Indigestion: This is a bloated feeling which makes you almost feel like you are pregnant. This may be due to blockages that make proper functioning of the digestive system impossible.

Lack of Focus: If you consistently find yourself adrift in a mental fog, this is a sign your body is dare need of detox.

Feeling Depressed: Eating the wrong kind of food can put you in a mood swing. Eating food that is toxic or low in quality over a long period of time can cause you to be in a depressed state.
Toxins have way of penetrating into the body and remaining there until acted upon by another force. In this case an effective body detox is needed to get rid of the toxins.

Weight Loss Problems: If you are overweight and having trouble losing weight even after several efforts to lose weight, then you are having fighting a battle with the toxins in your body. For you to have any head way in this fight the first thing to do is to detox. This brings the body back to its optimum state of metabolism.

Aches and Pains: If you experience persistent aches and pains and you cannot figure out why, then this could be a sign of toxin overload in your body.

Rosacea, acne or itchy skin: If you notice frequent skin breakouts, rashes or puffy eye, then this could be a sign your body is screaming for a detox.

Food Allergies: Food allergies are often a sign that you don’t have the enough beneficial bacteria to help break down and assimilate the nutrients from your food. Over time, you can recover from many food allergies or sensitivities by detoxifying your body and restoring that microflora with a balanced probiotic rich-diet.

Cravings: Physical cravings often come from an excess of processed and concentrated foods, which stimulate dopamine — a pleasure neurotransmitter that plays a role in addiction. A complete body detox  can reset cravings .

Chemical sensitivity:  Have you found yourself noticing smells more? This could mean that you have become more sensitive to chemicals, because your body is overloaded with toxins. For example to certain washing powders, cleaning products, alcohol and certain perfumes and fragrances
If you’re suffering from at least three of these signs, there’s a good chance your body may be in dire need of a detox. And I’ve yet to meet someone who hasn’t been suffering from three or more of these conditions.
