Lifestyle: the typical way of life of an individual, group, or culture-Merriam Webster

Making just a few changes in your lifestyle can help you live longer.

A recent study found that four bad behaviors—smoking, drinking too much alcohol, not exercising, and not eating enough fruits and veggies—can hustle you into an early grave, and, in effect, age you by as many as 12 years.

Fortunately, you can do something to correct these and other unhealthy behaviors.

There are several things you can do to live a better lifestyle, from following a healthy diet to exercising regularly. The ultimate focus should be on living a life that you can be proud of, while also avoiding health problems; or reverse them if they already exist.
When your focus is on the purpose of living healthy, then you’ll start acting right by taking steps towards making it a reality.
