Skin Care: Tips and Advice for Your Skin Care Routine



A lot of people have good ideas about the things to do to keep their skin looking healthy, and radiant. But, there could be a few things you are not doing right that are frustrating the results you expect to see on your skin.
The first step towards achieving a healthy and radiant skin is to know your skin type. Then knowing the things to do, and the things not to do with regards to the type of skin you have will go a long way in helping you to achieve your desired result.
Here are some skin care tips you need to know:
Normal Skin
·        Get your face washed twice daily in the morning and evening.
·        Make use of gentle cleanser.
·        Toners are not needed by normal skin, but if you must use them avoid toners containing alcohol.
·        Use skin exfoliants once a week to get rid of dead cells.
·        Use hydrating and purifying facial skin masks once per week to cope with environmental damages.

Oily Skin
·        Wash your face with mineral water.

·        Do not use a toner that contains alcohol.

·        Always remove your makeup before bed time no matter how tired or late you get home.
